At the heart of Tian Xin Yan lies the Jiu Long Ke ravine, home to the mother bushes of the legendary Da Hong Pao tea. This is where Jiu Long Ke Rou Gui is born, with a distinctive aroma and flavor notes that are hard to mistake for any other oolong.
The plantations are tended with meticulous care: the bushes grow on slopes that provide optimal growing conditions, while clean mountain streams keep the leaves naturally fresh. Each leaf is hand-picked and processed to preserve delicate aroma notes and depth of flavor — geranium, chrysanthemum, roasted nuts, almond, caramel, jam, menthol, cherry and plum.
