For drink lovers there are chaga tea bags and a 200 g mushroom cacao.
The most popular are lion's mane and cordyceps. Lion's mane is more often chosen for study and work, cordyceps for a busy schedule and training.
The suggested amount is on the product page and the pack; usually 1–2 capsules a day with food, for a course of several weeks.
For children and pregnant or breastfeeding women, decide together with a specialist; each product's limits are on the pack.
