Exchange and Return Policy for Products in the EcoHuman Online Store

Per the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172, dated March 19, 1994, on the implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" (as amended), dietary supplements are classified as food products and are not eligible for exchange or return.

At EcoHuman, we understand that issues may arise and are committed to reviewing exchange or return requests on a case-by-case basis.

Returning Products in Good Condition

You may return products in good condition within 14 days of purchase if the product retains its original appearance, functionality, intact packaging, and proof of purchase.

If you ordered the wrong item or received an incorrect product, please contact us. Our team will assist you and, if needed, arrange an exchange or return.

Returning Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or one with damaged packaging, please notify us with photos or videos of the issue. We will review your case and offer solutions for exchange or return. Please keep the product, its packaging (including barcode), and all components.

Return Process

1. Upon Delivery: If the product is incorrect or damaged, you may return it to the courier or pickup point manager. For EU parcels, only full parcels can be returned, not individual items.
2. After Delivery: If an issue is identified later, email us at [email protected] with a description of the problem and supporting materials (photos or videos). Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, but no later than 30 days. For non-card payments, we will request your card number, TIN, and full name to process the refund.

Important Information

• Used products or those purchased from other stores cannot be returned.
• Partial returns of individual items with damaged packaging are not accepted.
• For all other cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
