ECO HUMAN tea and drinks: ceremonial and regular matcha, masala, fermented fireweed tea, amaranth and butterfly pea tea, chaga and mushroom cacao.
A shelf for those who like a drink ritual. ECO HUMAN matcha comes as ceremonial premium and regular (50 g each), masala is a spiced blend for tea with milk (200 g), and fireweed (Ivan) tea, amaranth herbal tea and blue butterfly pea (anchan) tea come in 30 g packs.
Functional mushrooms appear here as drinks too: chaga tea bags and a 200 g mushroom cacao.
Ceremonial matcha is made from young first-harvest leaves; it is brighter in colour and softer in taste, and is drunk simply whisked with water. Regular matcha suits lattes and baking.
Pour water at about 90 °C over the flowers and steep for 5–7 minutes. The drink is blue and turns purple with a drop of lemon.
Matcha does. Fireweed tea, amaranth tea, butterfly pea and chaga do not; check the masala pack for its composition.
