Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong — High-Mountain Organic Handmade Black Tea

Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong is a high-mountain organic handmade black tea from the Tongmuguan reserve, high in the Wuyi Shan mountains of Fujian province. Imperial grade.

The raw material is remarkable caicha — tea that was never planted by people, growing wild. Hence the look of it: the dry leaf is uneven in size, both small and large.

How to brew

Loose leaf. Because the leaf is uneven, brew it in short gaiwan infusions — the profile then unfolds layer by layer.
