Dian Hong Jin Si Golden Silk — Collectible Chinese Red Tea

Dian Hong Jin Si «Golden Silk» is a collectible Chinese red tea from the village of Yiwu, at the foot of the Six Great Tea Mountains (Liu Da Cha Shan) in Yunnan.

The makers use selected leaf — it is what builds the fine structure of taste and the aroma typical of the region. The liquor is a deep red, with the pronounced sweetish notes characteristic of high-grade Yunnan red teas.
