A light high-mountain oolong from the tea plantations of Ali Shan mountain in Taiwan. This cultivar is grown in a style close to Chinese Tie Guan Yin, but with its own, more delicate character.
The taste carries floral notes of peony, freshly cut grass and cream, with a light apple and pear fruitiness in the aftertaste. The tea leaves a refreshing, soft feel with no bitterness.
