Lao Cong Shui Xian is a dark oolong whose name has sparked debate among tea lovers for decades. "Lao Cong" simply means "old bush", while "Shui Xian" has been translated many ways: "Water Immortal", "Lord of Waters", and "Water Narcissus".
This organic tea is handmade by Master Zhou using traditional methods. The taste carries notes of wildflowers, fresh hay, bread, honey, jam, cinnamon, date, raisin, fresh lemon and apple.
The tea comes in a stand-up pouch made of kraft paper with a clear window and a convenient zip-lock closure.
