Pressed sheng puerh from the mountainous Qianjiazhai region, hand-picked and pressed using the traditional stone-press method. This technique allows the tea leaves to gradually open up and mature properly over time.
The liquor is crystal clear with a sunny golden color. The taste of young sheng puerh is honest and vivid: at first you notice a pronounced bitterness and light astringency typical of young mountain teas, which then transitions into a pleasant lingering sweetness (hui gan).
The aroma reveals notes of wild herbs, meadow flowers, and post-rain freshness.
