"Silver Needles" white tea, poetically named "Young Dragon, Little Phoenix" — a name the Chinese use for young, talented students full of promise. It suits this tea perfectly.
Select silver needles from Yunnan province give a straw-colored, fragrant infusion with a gentle sweetness. This tea can be enjoyed right away, or set aside for a few years to watch its flavor develop over time.
