Bai Mu Dan Chen Pi "Dragon Pearl" is an exquisite blend of classic Bai Mu Dan (White Peony) white tea and traditionally dried tangerine peel (Chen Pi).
The tea is pressed into convenient portioned pearls, where tender leaves wrap around fragrant pieces of peel.
As it steeps, the pearl slowly unfurls, releasing a soft floral aroma that blends harmoniously with the spicy, lightly sweet notes of aged citrus.
The liquor is pale golden in colour, offering a gentle taste and a pleasant honeyed finish with a citrus tang.
