Shou Mei Chen Pi is a rare white tea, pressed into convenient portion pieces together with aged tangerine peel (Chen Pi). This combination gives a warm, subtly citrus aroma and a soft, mildly sweet taste with light woody notes and hints of cream, caramel and vanilla.
One portion is easy to brew without weighing out leaves — convenient for a quick tea session. The tea comes from Fujian province, China.
