Bai Mu Dan White Tea, Anhui, 8 g

Bai Mu Dan (White Peony) is a classic premium-grade white tea from Anhui province, China. It is made from carefully picked buds and young leaves that undergo minimal processing — withering and drying, without rolling or fermentation.

The taste and aroma carry notes of wildflowers, fresh hay, dry wood, dried apricot, raisin, fresh lemon, apricot and apple. The liquor is pale, soft and delicate.
