Bai Mudan (White Peony) is a base-grade white tea from Fujian Province, China. Loose leaf, made by the classic Bai Mu Dan method.

This tea is tastier than childhood ice cream, more fragrant than a bouquet of roses and richer than a big encyclopedia. A very sunny tea. We adore its taste for the notes of meadow herbs, fruit and honey — and for the sweet finish.
