White Moonlight GABA Tea

This tea is like a quiet night with a full moon overhead: light, soft and a little magical. Moonlight GABA has a remarkably gentle aroma — something between hay after rain and meadow flowers. Brew it with 85–90°C water and the liquor comes out very pale, almost like a white grape wine.

The taste carries a fresh berry tartness, notes of raspberry, hints of mint and an understated touch of black pepper. The bouquet is a genuine floral-herbal mood, with light spice notes and a juicy aftertaste that lingers.

This tea can be steeped many times over, in small sips, to let it unfold — with every new infusion it reveals itself anew, like the moon in its different phases. It holds up to 10 infusions.

Moonlight is a tea for those who appreciate delicacy and layered flavor: quiet, beautiful, fresh.
