Shui Xian is a premium dark oolong from the Wuyi Mountains, one of the most respected teas in China. Its name translates as "Water Sprite," but it's most valued for its incredibly rich aroma.
The bouquet reveals notes of wildflowers, pine, fresh bread, biscuit, jam, pepper, cinnamon and apple — a truly luxurious composition of flavors and aromas.
