Blue matcha is made from butterfly pea flowers — a herbaceous vine that grows in Southeast Asia. The flowers are dried using a special method and then ground into a fine powder.
The infusion has a rich blue color, a herbal-floral aroma, and notes of violet, cucumber and fresh hay. Caffeine-free.
Suitable for brewing as an infusion, making a latte, or using in baking and other recipes.
