Shu Puer Date Aroma 2013, pressed cake 200 g

Shu Puer "Date Aroma" is a pressed tea from the 2013 harvest with a soft, mellow character. The leaves were picked back in 2008 in the mountains of Yunnan, and the cake itself was pressed in 2013, giving the tea time to gain depth and maturity.

The brew comes out thick and richly brown, with a woody-sweet taste of dates, dried fruit and a light chocolate note. The astringency is gentle - the tea opens up easily, without excess bitterness.

The 200 g cake is packed in a kraft doypack with a clear window and a zip-lock closure for easy storage.

How to brew

• Use the first infusion to rinse the leaves, do not drink it.
• Then steep for 15-20 seconds, adding 5-10 seconds with each new infusion.
• This puer holds up to many infusions - steep longer if you prefer a stronger cup.
