Sheng Puer Xiaguan 8603, 2010 Harvest

Sheng Puer Xiaguan 8603 follows a classic recipe from one of China's old, well-known tea factories. Gentle pressing and select leaf make this cake well suited to long aging, during which its natural aroma only deepens.

The flavor and aroma feature wildflowers, celery, cut grass, fruit peel, bread, scalded milk, jam, caramel, zest, and cherry. Harvested in 2010 in Xishuangbanna province, China.

Brew with hot water in a clay or porcelain teapot, gradually extending the steeping time. Store in a dry, ventilated place.
