Sheng Pu-erh "Organic" 2014 harvest is a pressed cake of raw (green) pu-erh tea from Yunnan province, China. The leaves were picked in a protected nature reserve, sun-dried and carefully packed without herbicides, pesticides, or GMOs.
The taste and aroma carry notes of fresh cucumber, mown grass and hay, dry wood and bark, tobacco, bread, biscuit, basil, citrus zest, fresh lemon and coffee — a many-layered bouquet that unfolds with every steep.
