Jin Jun Mei Black Tea (Golden Eyebrows)

Jin Jun Mei (金骏眉) is true aristocracy among black teas. Although this variety appeared relatively recently, it quickly won the hearts of connoisseurs worldwide with its remarkable honey-like softness.

The name "Golden Eyebrows" comes from the shape of the tea leaf — thin, curved buds that resemble eyebrows, and a large amount of golden down. This top-grade tea is picked only from the tenderest buds high in the Wuyi mountains.

Aroma

Refined and sweet, with vivid notes of floral honey, rye bread and ripe exotic fruit.

Liquor

Clean, honey-amber, fairly bright and glossy.

Taste

Silky and rich. A delicate chocolate bitterness appears first and quickly gives way to intense honey sweetness, with a light tartness for balance.
