Dian Hong in Lemon — Chinese Black Tea in Lemon Peel

Dian Hong in Lemon is a Chinese black tea aged inside the peel of a real Chinese lemon. The astringency of the leaf and the citrus tang meet in one cup that tastes especially good on a cold evening.

• Form: a whole small lemon filled with tea, 8.5 g each
• Tasting notes: wild flowers, narcissus, toast, bread, pine nuts, peanut, honey, jam, raisin, fresh lemon, apple

How to brew

Brew the lemon whole for a softer, more even flavour. Break it into pieces if you want a brighter citrus tone.
