Sheng Puerh Sweet Bindao is a green puerh cake from the Bindao region (Ice Island), known for its natural sweetness.
The leaves are large and fleshy, gaining honeyed tones through years of aging. The brewed liquor is clean and pale sandy in color, resembling liquid amber in the cup.
The aroma feels like aromatherapy: notes of spicy herbs, flowers and sweet dried fruit — raisins and dates, with a pleasant hint of steamed wood.
The taste is rich and enveloping: the floral softness of geranium and chrysanthemum meets the sweetness of fig and dried apricot.
