Honeybush is a relative of rooibos. While rooibos is farmed on plantations, wild honeybush grows only in natural conditions, high in the mountains of South Africa.
The taste is soft, with notes of wildflowers, fresh hay, dry wood, honey, vanilla, and dried apricot.
