Sheng Puer 'Yin Hao Tuo Wan' is a compressed tea in a bird's-nest (tuo cha) shape, made in Lincang Province, China, in 2013.
This sheng comes from the 'Yin Hao' producer, known chiefly for its sheng teas. The taste and aroma of this tea are often described as 'watery-fragrant' — a fresh, lively brew with a rich bouquet.
The nest shape lets you break off just the amount you need and brew it in a teapot or gaiwan, gradually unfolding a layered flavor.
