Cai Zhe Jin Fei Ye is a sheng puerh from the 2018 harvest in Yunnan. It is pressed to the private recipe of the Yunnan Caizhe Tea Co factory, which is why little of it reaches the market.
The flavour is dense and deep, opening up over several short infusions — a tea for an unhurried morning.
