Smoked Lapsang Souchong is a tea for maximalists. If you prefer half-tones and the edges between flavours, take the regular Lapsang instead. Here there is plenty of everything — smoke and tea alike.
The liquor itself is less forceful than the aroma suggests. It recalls a grandmother's dried-fruit compote. An interesting tea.
