A high-mountain Jin Xuan oolong from the Alishan tea gardens in Taiwan. This cultivar is known as "milk oolong," yet its natural aroma is subtle and floral, with no artificial additives or flavoring.
The taste is light, refreshing and soft, with a barely perceptible creamy note that unfolds only after a few infusions. The bouquet carries hints of lilac, fresh hay, roasted nuts and biscuit.
