Trabzon Flower Tea

"Trabzon Flowers" is a rare craft find from Turkey's northern coast: dried tea-plant flowers, hand-picked near Trabzon. These flowers are naturally high in caffeine, so they need careful brewing — water at +80–85°C, a short steep. Over-brew it and you'll get bitterness, like strong coffee.
