Huangshan Mao Feng Green Tea, Anhui

Huangshan Mao Feng is a classic Chinese green tea from Anhui province. The name translates as "downy peaks from the yellow mountain": the leaves are covered in fine beige down, like morning mist wrapped around mountain summits.

Taste and aroma

The tea is very light. The cup carries meadow flowers and green peas, fresh hay and cut grass, pine and dry wood, with apple and watermelon in the finish.

Brewing
