Fuding Shou Mei 'Longevity Eyebrows' is an aged white tea pressed into a compact square cake weighing 100 grams. It is made from premium leaf picked in the ecological Fuding county in spring 2016.
Years of ageing have given the tea a deep, natural aroma. The leaves are large and well dried, from an autumn pick, ranging in colour from dark green to rich chestnut and chocolate, with visible silvery-white downy buds.
The liquor is a rich amber, with a surprisingly sweet, mature taste: notes of dark forest honey, dried dates, baked apple and light woody nuances.
