About this product

Shu Puer 'Tea of the Elders' is the dark sibling of shen puer from old Yunnan trees. Rich taste with notes of bark, cellar, beetroot, and hazelnut.

Shu Puer "Tea of the Elders" is the dark sibling of the shen puer from the same line of old trees in Yunnan province, China. Accelerated fermentation gives the leaf a deeper, richer character compared to the green version.

The taste carries bark, dry wood, notes of damp earth and cellar, along with hints of beetroot, hazelnut, and biscuit. The taste is dense and rich, with a soft, round texture.

The tea comes in a doy-pack — a craft paper bag with a clear window and a zip-lock closure.
