This sheng puer comes from a secret corner of Mount Fu Fa, bordering Laos and China — a place also known as the Secret Kingdom of Mount Yu. The oldest tea trees here have grown wild for over a thousand years, though today only about four hundred such ancient trees are estimated to remain.
Leaves are hand-picked from these old trees and processed using traditional methods, preserving the authentic, deep character of wild puer.
This tea is prized by connoisseurs of rare, ancient varieties — with years of aging its flavor grows richer and more complex.
