Gui Fei (Royal Gui Fei Oolong) is a young Taiwanese oolong cultivar that first appeared in 2000. The tea is grown in Nantou County, in the town of Lugu, at an altitude of 1,350 meters.
It is made from Dong Ding tea bush leaves, processed using the same method as Oriental Beauty tea. The flavor and aroma unfold notes of wildflowers, fresh hay, almond, chocolate, biscuit, jam, cherry, grape, mango, and papaya.
This is a light "Luxury" grade oolong with a rich fruity-floral bouquet.
