Dian Hong Golden Buds is a luxurious black tea from Yunnan province made only from young golden buds. This is imperial-grade picking: dry, the tea looks like golden needles.
It brews into a thick, soft cup with notes of caramel, honey and dried fruit, finishing with cream and osmanthus. There is almost no astringency — the taste is round and warm.
One portion per 200–300 ml of water at 90 °C. The single-serve format is easy to use and lets the tea open up fully in every cup — no scales or measuring spoons.
