Bai Mu Dan (White Peony) is a delicate white tea brewed right inside a dried mandarin peel. This brewing method gives the tea a fresh citrus edge alongside its soft white tea flavor.
The taste and aroma carry notes of orchid, cut grass, honey, biscuit, vanilla, basil, dried apricot, fresh lemon and apple. One mandarin is enough for 2-3 brews.
