Bai Mu Dan "Pride of Fujian" is an aged white tea from the 2013 harvest. A classic White Peony style combining tender buds and leaves, picked and dried using traditional technology.
The aroma is multifaceted — floral notes combine with shades of hay, freshly cut grass, dry wood and honey. The taste carries light sweetness with notes of biscuit, vanilla, dried apricot and fresh apple.
Long storage has given the tea depth and softness. The infusion is light, clean, with a pleasant apple and banana aftertaste.
