Shu Puer Yiwu, 2017

This puer is made from leaves of old tea trees from the Yiwu region, Yunnan. The tea underwent full Shu Puer fermentation, giving it a rich dark burgundy color and dense texture.

The leaves are hand-rolled; the medium leaf length yields an even liquor with notes of nuts and chocolate. The drink has soft woody tones and light sweetness.

Aging since 2017 ensures a stable balance of flavor and color in every steep.
