Xiaguan Pu-erh 'Little France', Recipe 7663, 2010

The story of this pu-erh began in 1976. That same year, the Xiaguan factory presented it at the GuangZhou EXPO, and the tea gained popularity among foreign tea lovers. Because of its great popularity in France, this grade is often called Xiao Fa Tuo Cha, or 'Little France'.

The recipe is marked with the number 7663: the first digit '7' stands for the year the recipe was finally approved (1976), '6' is the raw material grade, and '3' is the number of the Xiaguan tea factory.

The aroma carries notes of wild flowers, cut grass, bark, tobacco, sea air, jam, dried apricot and cherry.

These tuochas are produced in 100 g or 250 g weights — the recipe and raw material are identical in both.
