Fukamushi is a "kill-green" method using longer steaming than classic sencha. This approach draws out the maximum flavor and aroma from the leaf, making the tea even richer.

Sencha Fukamushi Shizuoka has a vivid flavor with notes of peony, geranium, cut grass, dry wood, toasted milk and caramel.
