Autumn Darjeeling from Margaret's Hope Estate is a premium Indian black tea from the Himalayan foothills. The leaf is picked early in the morning, weighed at the factory, withered and oxidised for several hours depending on humidity and season, and the large Darjeeling grades are sifted by hand.
Meadow flowers and bark, roasted nuts, honey and chocolate, vanilla, raisin, grape and apricot.
Brew it in a warmed pot with water that has cooled slightly after boiling — that is how the delicate Himalayan aroma opens up best.
