This oolong is grown from the specially bred Si Ji Chun tea cultivar in Taiwan, and its flavor stays springlike year-round — floral and light, with fresh meadow notes in the aroma, unlike other Taiwanese oolongs whose character shifts with the harvest season.
The cup reveals notes of violet, fresh hay and cut grass, layered with milky creaminess, light caramel and apple freshness.
