Golden Dragon is a premium Dian Hong from Yunnan province, portioned into 4.5 g servings. One portion is one tea session: nothing to weigh.
A honey base with notes of linden, fresh hay and warm bread, finishing with citrus zest, mango and papaya. The liquor is light amber and soft, with no harsh astringency.
One 4.5 g portion per 300–400 ml of water at 90–95 °C. Use short infusions — the tea holds up for several rounds.
