Wakocha Yamato Shizuoka Japanese Tea

Wakocha Yamato Shizuoka is a loose-leaf Japanese tea that unfolds gradually. The leaves are roasted using a traditional technique, giving the cup warm notes of baked milk, honey and ripe plum, with a light almond and vanilla finish.

The first steep shows tannic, woody tones and a hint of peony, while the second and third infusions reveal real depth and a rich aroma. This tea can withstand up to 20 steeps, making it suitable for both an unhurried tea ceremony and everyday brewing.
