Bushman's Secret Rooibos

In the late 19th century, a famous American boxer named Charles «Real McCoy» MacCoy was known for his speed and stamina.

One day he heard that the most enduring people on earth were the Bushmen, said to be able to run for three days straight. McCoy traveled to South Africa to race them. He led at first, but by evening he began to tire, and by night he was completely exhausted. A Bushman then gave him a drink made from ostrich egg and revealed the secret of the «drink of endurance» — rooibos. After that, McCoy returned to the US as world boxing champion.

We're sharing this remarkably true legend along with the old Bushman's recipe: fine rooibos, wild lemongrass, and delicate cornflower petals. Brew it strong and enjoy.
