Anhua Hei Cha Little Golden Flower Dark Tea 2019

Little Golden Flower is a dark tea built on aged Anhua Hei Cha. As the Fu Zhuan brick matures, the characteristic golden flower culture develops inside the compressed leaf — the very feature that gave the tea its name.

Taste and aroma

The liquor is bright orange. The taste is soft, with shades of aged tea leaf and mushroom notes. The aroma carries pine, dry wood, fallen leaves, charcoal, seaweed and jam.

How to brew

• Break off a 5–7 g piece of the brick.
• Rinse with boiling water for 5–10 seconds and discard.
• Brew at 95–100 °C, first infusions 10–20 seconds.
• Holds eight or more infusions.

Grown in China, 2019 harvest. Packed in a kraft paper stand-up pouch with a clear window and a zip-lock seal. Available in 25, 50, 100 and 300 g.
