Shu Puerh "Elephant" pays tribute to the widely reported 2021 story of a herd of 17 wild elephants that wandered across Yunnan province, passing through Xishuangbanna and Mengla. The Menghai Yubang tea factory released a series of puerh teas to mark this journey, and this Shu Puerh is one of them.
The raw material was harvested in 2019 in the Mengla region, Fen Zhai village.
The taste is rich and aromatic, with light tobacco notes — a truly energetic tea.
