Shu Pu-erh "Menghai Dayi" 8562 is an upgraded take on the well-known 8592 recipe from the Menghai Dayi factory (Tae Tea) in Yunnan, China. This pressed tea has noticeably more tea buds and a pronounced nutty flavour with a buttery note.

The cup offers notes of cedar, damp leaves, bread, roasted nuts, baked milk, biscuit, jam, cinnamon and raisins. The liquor easily deepens into a rich amber-brown shade.
