About this product

Pressed shu puerh "Flute and Cranes", 2016 harvest, made from ancient tea tree leaves in Yunnan. Rich earthy flavor with notes of smoke, nut, and date, ideal for long steeping.

Shu puerh "Flute and Cranes", 2016 harvest, is made from the leaves of ancient tea trees growing in the Cha Wan mountains of Yunnan province, China. The trees grow at 1400–1750 meters above sea level in a natural environment, among clouds and mist.

Large tea leaves with a rich brown color, pressed into a cake shape. The taste carries notes of wet straw, damp earth, light smoke, and toasted nut with a date-like sweetness.

Suitable for multiple infusions, revealing a deep woody and earthy character with every steep.
