Longjing Deluxe Green Tea

Longjing is called the king of green teas. It is known in the East and the West, the South and the North — the Eastern standby that turns an ordinary day into a small ritual.

The deluxe grade uses only the tips of the shoots — tiny pale-green needles. A single serving takes around two hundred of these leaves: imagine the time and the hands that go into picking them.
